Salmon is a top food for heart health because it's rich in the omega-3s EPA and DHA.

Salmon lowers blood truglycerides and reduces inflammation.

Red wine which is also an alcohol is a heart-healthy choice for people who drink alcohol.

Alcohol can help to boost the good cholesterol, HDL.

I advice you consider your health condition first before embarking on taking alcohol.

Moderate alcohol is good but alcohol is not good for people taking aspirin and other medications and for some people with certain health issue.

One drink a day is recommended for healthy women and one to two for healthy men.

Red wine contains the antioxidants resveratrol and catechins which help in protecting the artery walls.

Fastest way to dry nail polish

Old nail polish can take eternity to dry. One working method of drying polished nails is to use ice cold water as this seal and harden it quickly.

How to do it : Allow nails to air-dry for 2 minutes and then submerge in ice-cold water for about 3 minutes.

Another method is to blast nails with cool air from a hair dryer. this helps each layer of color to dry quickly.

Fruits and vegetables
